Mr Mallick has an extensive background in emergency surgery, general surgery and colorectal surgery and more than 30 peer-reviewed publications. He has completed specific training in medico-legal report writing and the duties of an expert witness with Bond Solon. He has an excellent network of colleagues who will provide expert opinion appropriate to the clinical setting.

All reports are tailored to suit specific requirements; Mr Mallick fully understands his duty to the Court and will always deliver within the necessary timeframes. His reports are fully compliant with the Civil Procedures Rules, 1998 - Part 35, and subsequent practice directions 35 (October 2009). The turn-around time for a completed report, if all medical records have been made available, is less than 2 weeks.
